Charles Boivin is a young and talented luthier from Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. He started playing guitar at the age of 13. He played with several bands - and solo - in Montreal, before discovering his passion for luthiery.
He has a Diploma in Directing from the National Theatre School of Canada. He then took a training in Studio Recording from Studios Victor in Montreal. He studied Guitar-Luthiery at Cegep-du-Vieux-Montreal with, among others, Master Luthier Mr. Andre Brunet, and Mr. Daniel Fiocco, designer for the Godin Guitars Company.
He now lives in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec. He is presenting his third classical guitar, a Concert model inspired by the work of French Luthier Daniel Friederich.
